İNOVASYONUN YENİ YÜZÜ: AÇIK YEŞİL İNOVASYON

Year 2021, Volume: 17 Issue: 2, 419 - 441, 31.12.2021

Abstract

THE NEW FACE OF INNOVATION: OPEN GREEN INNOVATION

Year 2021, Volume: 17 Issue: 2, 419 - 441, 31.12.2021

Abstract

In green innovation, it is vital for both firms and policy makers to determine the ability of the enterprise to cooperate with external information sources and green innovative features. This study deals with the role of open innovation, which takes into account external information sources as much as internal sources in innovation, with examples in green innovation practices. In this context, in this study, in which the concepts of open innovation, green innovation and open green innovation are discussed, comparative application examples and the relationship and differences between the concepts are explained. The study, which includes the reasons and importance of the need for open green innovation, is a pioneering study aiming to contribute to the domestic literature.
