Toplum 5.0 ile İlgili Çalışmaların Bibliyometrik Analizi

Abstract

Toplum 5.0, 2017 yılında gerçekleştirilen CeBIT fuarında Japonya hükümeti tarafından ilan edilen bir toplum vizyonudur. Aynı zamanda “Dijital Toplum”, “Yaratıcı Toplum” ve “Süper Akıllı Toplum” olarak da ifade edilmektedir. Toplum 5.0 ile insan merkezli bir toplum oluşturularak, insanların zevk aldığı ve mutlu bir şekilde yaşadığı, güvenli ve konforlu bir yaşam amaçlanmaktadır. Japonya 5. Bilim ve Teknoloji Temel Planı’nda benimsenen Toplum 5.0’ın amacı sadece bir ülkenin refahını sağlamak olmamıştır. Toplum 5.0 vizyonu, dünya genelinde yaşanan toplumsal sıkıntıların çözümüne katkı sağlamaktadır. Japonya; yaşlanan nüfus, azalan doğum oranları, altyapı sorunları ve azalan işgücü verimliliği gibi toplumsal sorunlarla sorunlarla yüzleşen ilk ülkelerden biridir ve ortaya koyduğu Toplum 5.0 vizyonu ile Endüstri 4.0’ın ötesinde, tüm dünyada insan merkezli bir toplum ve veriye dayalı bir inovasyon yaratmayı amaçlamaktadır. Literatür incelendiğinde Toplum 5.0’a olan ilginin yoğunlaştığı anlaşılmaktadır. Ülkemizde yapılan çalışmalarla alana olan ilginin arttığı gözlense de yapılan araştırmalarda Toplum 5.0 ile ilgili bibliyometrik analize dayalı çalışmalara rastlanmamıştır. Bu boşluğu gidermek amacıyla, 2017-2022 yılları arasında Scopus endeksli 276 kaynakta yayımlanan 465 adet Toplum 5.0 çalışması üzerinde bibliyometrik analiz yapılmıştır. Analizler R programlama diline ait Bibliometrix analiz paketi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma; makale, yazar, ülke ve dergi performanslarının yanı sıra Toplum 5.0 araştırmalarının geçmişi ve mevcut durumunu belirlemeye yöneliktir. Gelecekteki potansiyel araştırmacılara Toplum 5.0 çalışma alanlarını belirlemek ve tasarlamak için bir bakış açısı sağlamak amaçlanmaktadır.

Biometric Analysis of Studies on Society 5.0

Abstract

Society 5.0 is a vision of society announced by the Japanese government at the CeBIT exhibition in 2017. It is also referred to as "Digital Society", "Creative Society" and "Super Smart Society". Society 5.0 aims to create a human-centred society where people enjoy and live happily, and live a safe and comfortable life. The aim of Society 5.0, which was adopted in Japan's 5th Science and Technology Basic Plan, is not only to ensure the welfare of a country. The vision of Society 5.0 contributes to the solution of social problems experienced worldwide. Japan is one of the first countries to face social problems such as ageing population, declining birth rates, infrastructure problems and declining labour productivity, and with its Society 5.0 vision, it aims to create a human-centred society and data-driven innovation all over the world, beyond Industry 4.0. When the literature is examined, it is understood that the interest in Society 5.0 has intensified. Although it is observed that the interest in the field has increased with the studies conducted in our country, there are no studies based on bibliometric analysis on Society 5.0. In order to eliminate this gap, a bibliometric analysis was conducted on 465 Society 5.0 studies published in 276 Scopus indexed sources between 2017-2022. The analyses were performed with the Bibliometrix analysis package of the R programming language. This study aims to determine the past and current status of Society 5.0 research as well as article, author, country and journal performances. It is aimed to provide a perspective for potential future researchers to identify and design Society 5.0 study areas.
