Doğuşundan Günümüze İslam Felsefesi

Year 2018, Issue: 37, 195 - 199, 01.12.2018

Abstract

As is known, the meaning of Islamic philosophy is not always an Islamic
philosophy. What is Islam Philosophy? in this book titled  Islam as religion, not Islam, the Islamic
world, geography and civilization has been pointed out. The book deals
primarily with Western philosophers from the beginning to the Twenty-First
Century. In addition to the macro questions within the scope of existence and knowledge
philosophy, answers to the moral dilemmas of the present century (abortion,
cloning, homosexuality, women's rights) are sought from within Islamic
philosophy. Disputes between conservative Muslims and liberal Muslims have been
dealt with in the context of moral values. The target audience of the book is
the students and the author's incorrect information about Islam has been
corrected by the publisher in his footnotes.
