Peygamberlik Öncesi Hz. Yusuf’un Hayatı ile Zülkarneyn ve Hızır Hakkındaki Ayetlerin “Şer’u Men Kablenâ” Kapsamında Bağlayıcılığı

Abstract

Kur’an-ı Kerim, bütün İslami ilimlerin birinci ve temel kaynağıdır. Fıkıh
ilmi için de bütün ayetler hüküm kaynağı olduğu gibi Hz. Yusuf’un peygamberlik
öncesi hayatını anlatan ayetlerle, peygamber olup olmadığı bilinmeyen
Zülkarneyn ve Hz. Musa’dan daha bilgili ve “ledünni ilim sahibi kul”un(hızır)
hayatlarından bahseden ayetler de hükme medardır. Bu durum, Hz. Yusuf’un
peygamberlik öncesi fiilleriyle diğer bazı şahısların hayatlarının, daha sonrakiler
için bağlayıcı olup olmadığı konusunda tereddütler oluşturmaktadır. Ayrıca,
buna benzer ayetlerden istinbat edilen ahkam, belki de Hz. Muhammed(sav)den
önce cereyan eden hadiseler olması sebebiyle genellikle “şer’u men
kablena=öncekilerin kanunları” delili içerisinde değerlendirilmiştir.
Bu makalede, Hz. Yusuf’un peygamberlik öncesi hayatı ile peygamber olmadığı
konusunda ittifak edilen bazı şahıslardan haber veren ayetlerin “şer’u men
kablena” delili içerisinde değerlendirilmesinin doğru olup olmadığı ve sonraki
ümmetler için nasıl değerlendirilmesi gerektiği üzerinde durulacaktır.

The Validity In The Extent of “The Law Of The Formers” of Pre Prophethood Life of Joseph, Zulqarneyn and Hıdır Verses

Abstract

Holy Quran is the first and main source of Islamic lore. The whole
verses are source for provisions in the knowledge of canon law. The verses
describing the life of Prophet Joseph’s life before his prophethood, the verses
describing Zul-Qarnayn whose prophecy open to question and the verses
describing the life of Hidir who is known as “the servant with infinite knowledge”
and who has more knowledge than Mose have provisions. This creates some
uncertainity if the life of Prophet Joseph’s actions before his prophethood and
the life of some others have bindery for later on. Additionally, provisions achieved
from the similar verses has been evaluated in testimony of “the law of the formers”
perhaps as they are events happened before Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). In this article, it will be emphasized if the verses describing the life of the Prophet
Joseph’s before his prophet hood and the verses describing the some others who
are not called as prophet by common consent can be evaluated as “the law of the
formers” and how it can be evaluated for the next ummah
