EĞİTİM YÖNETİMİNDE BLOKZİNCİR KULLANIMI: UYGULAMA ALANLARI, FIRSATLAR VE ZORLUKLAR

Abstract

Blokzincir teknolojisi, sadece teknolojik bir gelişme olmayıp, bilimsel ve yönetimsel alanda bilinen pek çok ezberi değiştirecek sosyal bilimlerin birçok alanında olduğu gibi eğitim yönetimini de etkileyecek yeni bir olgudur. Blokzincir teknolojisi, yapılan her işlem bilgisinin ağdaki katılımcılar tarafından kaydedildiği verilerin şeffaf, değişmez ve güvenilir bir şekilde depolanmasına ve aktarılmasına olanak tanıyan merkezi olmayan dağıtılmış bir dijital defter teknolojisidir. Bu çalışmada, blokzincir teknolojisinin ne olduğu, niçin gerekli olduğu, eğitimde ve eğitim yönetimi alanında nasıl ve hangi alanlarda kullanılabileceği, blokzincir teknolojisinin eğitim yönetiminde kullanmanın olası etkileri, faydaları, sınırlılıkları ve riskleri ele alınmıştır. Çalışma alanyazın taramasına dayalı derleme niteliğinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Eğitim yönetiminde, blokzincir teknolojisinin benimsenmesi güvenli ve şeffaf veri yönetimi oluşturulması, ders dışı etkinliklere katılımın değerlendirilmesi, okullarda mezunlar ağının güçlendirilmesi, kütüphane ve bilgi hizmetlerinin etkili yönetilmesi, öğrencilere ve personele erişim fırsatları sağlanması konularında yönetimlere fırsatlar sunulabilir. Blokzincir teknolojisinin eğitim kurumlarındaki yöneticiler ve diğer çalışanlar tarafından yeterince benimsenmemesi, kurum için fazladan bütçe ile yeni teknolojik alt yapı gerektirmesi, büyük miktarda verinin ölçeklenmesinin zorluğu, büyük veriyi yönetmenin karmaşıklığı bu teknolojinin eğitim yönetiminde uygulanmasındaki zorluklardandır. Blokzincir'in eğitim yönetiminde faydalarını tam olarak gerçekleştirmek için, alandaki bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin mevcut gelişim düzeyini analiz etmek ve ilgili riskleri değerlendirmek gerekmektedir.
