ÖĞRENMEYE İLİŞKİN TUTUM ÖLÇEĞİNİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğrenen bireylerin öğrenmeye ilişkin tutumlarını ölçen geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, İnönü üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinde ölçme aracını yanıtlayan toplam 285 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliğini belirlemek için örneklemde yer alan öğrenci grubundan elde edilen veriler üzerinde açıklayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin zaman içerisinde güvenirlik hesaplamaları ve ölçeğin puan değişmezliğine ilişkin test tekrar test korelasyonunun belirlenmesi için ise yine Eğitim Fakültesinde okuyan 120 öğrencinin yanıtları kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirlik hesaplamaları için Cronbach Alpha iç tutarlılık katsayısı ve test-tekrar test hesaplamaları yapılmıştır. Belirlenen dört alt boyuttan oluşan ölçeğin analizi sonucunda 40 maddeden oluşan bir ölçek elde edilmiştir. Bu ölçeğin iç tutarlılık katsayısı ".73", test tekrar test korelasyon katsayısı ".87" olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu değerler, ölçeğin öğrencilerin öğrenmeye ilişkin tutumlarını ölçmede geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçüm yapabileceğinin kanıtı olarak kabul edilmiştir. The Development of the Scale of Attitudes Toward Learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a reliable and valid scale that measures the learners' attitudes toward learning. The sample of this study consists of 285 students of the faculty of education at İnönü University that have responded to the scale. In order to test the construct validity of the scale, the data obtained from the sample were subjected to exploratory factor analysis. For the reliability analysis of the scale during the time, the test retest correlation coefficients were estimated using the response of 120 students at the same faculty of education. For the reliability analysis the internal consistency coefficient and test retest correlation were calculated. After the analysis of the scale that contains four sub-scale, a scale that contains 40 items was constructed. The internal consistency of the scale was found ".73", and test retest correlation coefficient was found ".87". These results show that the Scale of Attitudes Toward Learning is a valid and reliable scale to measure the students' attitudes toward learning.
