Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, resmi ilköğretim okullarının II.kademesinde görevli öğretmenlerin; okul yöneticilerine karşı sergiledikleri muhalif davranışların neler olduğunu saptamaktır. Araştırma, genel tarama modelinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2011-2012 eğitim-öğretim yılında Mardin il merkezindeki resmi ilköğretim okullarının II. kademesinde görevli öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Evrenden random yöntemi ile seçilen 191 öğretmen araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veriler, Özdemir (2010) tarafından geliştirilen Örgütsel Muhalefet Ölçeği"nin "Muhalif Davranışlar" bölümü kullanılmıştır. İlgili bölüm 17 maddeden oluşmaktadır.
Verilerin analizi sonucunda; (1) öğretmenlerin, genel olarak okul yöneticilerine karşı "nadiren" muhalif davranışlar sergiledikleri; (2) öğretmenlerin yöneticilere karşı sergiledikleri muhalif davranışlara ilişkin görüşlerinin ortalamaları arasında; öğrenim durumu, kıdem, cinsiyet, sendika üyeliği ve okul büyüklüğü değişkenlerine göre anlamlı fark saptanmamıştır.
