Abstract

Bu
çalışmada kariyer tekeri modeline dayalı grup müdahalesinin üniversite
öğrencilerinin kariyer uyumuna etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada deney grubu
Ankara üniversitesi Eğitim Bilimleri Fakültesi Rehberlik ve Psikolojik
Danışmanlık bölümü 4.sınıf tan gönüllü 9 öğrenci seçilerek oluşturulmuştur.
Araştırmada ön-test ve son-test, tek gruplu deneysel bir desen kullanılmıştır. Deney
grubuna 5 hafta boyunca oturumlar halinde grup müdahalesi uygulandı. Grup
uygulamasının başında ve sonunda Kariyer Geleceği Ölçeği uygulanmıştır.
Öğrencilerin kariyer uyumu öntest ve sontest puanları arasında anlamlı bir
farklılığın olup olmadığını belirlemek amacıyla Wilcoxon Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma
sonucunda deney grubundaki öğrencilere uygulanan kariyer tekeri modeline dayalı
kariyer uyumu programının öğrencilerin kariyer uyumunu arttırdığı görülmüştür.
