While the technological capacity and efforts of developed and some developing countries as a result of R&D activities position these countries among the high-technology product exporting countries, it is seen that developing countries that doesn't have adequate technological infrastructure and doesn't attach importance to R&D activities are among the countries that import technology and high technology products at higher costs. The technological knowledge and skills discovered as a result of the increase in the intensity of R&D activities affect economic growth positively by leading to new high-tech products purchased in international markets.
