OKULLARDA İŞLERİ KOLAYLAŞTIRMA ÇABASI: OKUL YÖNETİMİNDE KOLAYLAŞTIRICI LİDERLİK

Abstract

Eğitim yönetiminde yükselen paradigmalar ışığında şekillenen kolaylaştırıcı liderlik, uyum, işbirliği ve katılım, ortak bir vizyon geliştirme, değişim ajanlığı, planlama ve kaynak sağlama, öğretmenlerin yetiştirilmesi, geliştirilmesi ve güçlendirilmesi, öğrenmeyi kolaylaştırma, morali ve güveni inşa etme, kurallardan daha çok değerlerle yönetimi merkeze alma gibi rollerle şekillenmektedir. Astlarına yüksek düzeyde güveni esas alan bu liderlik biçimi, onlarda özgüvenin gelişmesi, işlerini daha anlamlı bulmaları, karar sürecine daha fazla katılmaları, sosyalleşme sürecini daha sağlıklı ve daha hızlı gerçekleştirmeleri gibi pratik sonuçlar üretebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, ilgili alan yazına dayalı olarak kolaylaştırıcı liderlik kavramı; kolaylaştırıcı liderlik rolleri, kolaylaştırıcı liderlik becerileri ve kolaylaştırıcı liderliğin olumlu sonuçları üzerinde durularak özgün bir bakış açısıyla ele alınmaya çalışılmaktadır
