Abstract
Tabligh/(the manifestation the divine messages) activity is prerequisite activity for religions in order to endure, to keep alive their existence and to expand. Thus, this subject is especially emphasized in the verses of Koran and Prophet Muhammad's sayings/hadiths.
"Tabligh attribute" is a very important and common feature of all prophets. Moreover, there are other common features of prophets which are "sidk"/being upright and truthful, "amana"/being reliable and trustworthy, "fatana"/being smart, intelligent and alert, "isma"/being protected from sin etc. These features establish the back stage of the "tabligh attribute". In other words, they put forth their represent power.
Every muslim educated, literate or not educated, which does not matter, should take prophets' point at issues as a model. Especially "muballigh/(the person notified of Allah's religion)", making edicts of religion should be more careful and sensitive about that subject because having these features establish their represent power. People not having acting force cannot make impressive edicts. Persons who can make very good manifesto about religion are needed in today's world. Hence, it is indispensable to bring up this kind of persons.

PEYGAMBERLERİN "TEBLİĞ SIFATI" VE BU SIFATIN ARKA PLANINI OLUŞTURMADA DİĞER SIFATLARIN ROLÜ (Tebliğde "Temsil Gücü" nün Önemi)

Tebliğ faaliyeti, dinlerin var olabilmeleri, varlıklarını canlı bir şekilde sürdürebilmeleri ve yayılabilmeleri için olmazsa olmaz çok önemli bir aktivitedir. Bu yüzden Kur'ân âyetlerinde ve Hz. Peygamberin hadislerinde bu konunun önemine özellikle vurgu yapıldığını görmekteyiz.
"Tebliğ sıfatı", bütün peygamberlerin çok önemli bir ortak özelliğidir. Bununla beraber onların sıdk/doğruluk, emanet/güvenilir olmak, fetânet/akıllı ve zeki olmak, ismet/günah işlememek vb. gibi başka ortak sıfatları da vardır. Bu vasıflar tebliğ sıfatının "arka planını" oluşturmakta, yani peygamberlerin "temsil gücünü" ortaya koymaktadır.
Bilgisi, görgüsü ve eğitim düzeyi ne olursa olsun her Müslüman'ın peygamberlerin söz konusu vasıflarını kendilerine örnek almaları gerekir. Özellikle Mübelliğ/din tebliğcisi konumunda olan kimselerin bu hususta daha dikkatli ve duyarlı olmaları son derece önemlidir. Çünkü bu vasıflara sahip olmak onların temsil gücünü oluşturacaktır. Temsil gücü olmayan kimseler etkili bir tebliğ yapamazlar. Özellikle günümüz dünyasında temsil gücü kuvvetli olan Mübelliğlere çok ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu nedenle Müslümanların bu manada Mübelliğler yetiştirmeleri elzemdir.
