Abstract
Abstract
This study evaluates transportation sector as a conceptual view. Accordingly, logistic demand, the reasons of demand, transportation classification, transportation tendency and the problems of Turkish transportation as well as solving proposals were discussed. As data collection method, semi structured face-to-face interview techniques was conducted for this research, and collected data from 63 different people was analyzed.

Öz
Bu çalışma taşımacılık sektörünü kavramsal bakış açısıyla değerlendirmektedir. Bu bağlamda taşımacılık talebi, talebi doğuran etmenler, taşıma türleri, taşımacılık eğilimleri ile ülkemiz taşımacılığının güncel sorunları ve çözüm önerileri hakkında temel bilgiler verilmiştir. Araştırmanın veri toplama tekniği olarak uzman görüşü yöntemi kullanılmış olup, 63 uzman kişi ile yarı yapılı yüz-yüze mülakat (semi-structured face-to-face interview) yapılarak bilgi toplanmış ve analiz edilmiştir.
