Abstract
İşletmelerde personel devir hızı ile ciro arasında bir bağlantı olup olmadığı birçok İnsan Kaynakları profesyoneli tarafından merak edilmektedir. Bunun temel sebebi de personel devir hızının performans ve ciroyu olumsuz yönde etkilediği varsayımıdır. Bu varsayımdan hareketle İnsan Kaynakları yöneticileri personel devir hızını düşürmek için birçok yüksek maliyetli uygulamayı devreye almaktadır. Bu araştırma özellikle organize perakende sektöründe personel devir hızı ve ciro arasında bir neden-sonuç ilişkisi olmamakla birlikte personel devir hızının ciro üzerinde pozitif bir etkisi olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.

REVENUE AND TURNOVER IN RELATION WITH STAFF CHANGES

Abstract
Many Human Resources professionals wonder about the relationship between turnover and revenue. The main reason of that is an assumption which turnover has a negative impact on performance and revenue. With this assumption, many human resources department managers consider a lot of high cost applications to decrease personnel turnover. This research proves there is no relationship between personnel turnover and revenue in terms of cause and effect issues in the retail sector. However, personnel turnover has a positive effect on revenue.
