ESTÜDAM Public Health Journal adheres to ethical publishing practices and open access principles. All articles published in our journal are licensed under a Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0 License, aiming to maximize the visibility of authors' scientific contributions.
Authors retain all copyright to their articles. Upon publication, users (including readers and institutions) are free to use, reproduce, distribute, and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes under the terms of this license. The sole condition is that proper attribution must be given to the original work and its author(s).
Our journal holds the right of first publication for accepted articles. This means the article is first published by ESTÜDAM Public Health Journal. All published content is immediately and fully open access, meaning it's available to readers and their institutions free of charge, without subscription or paywall barriers.

Authors' Responsibilities
Authors submitting an article to our journal affirm and declare the following:
• The submitted manuscript (including all parts such as text, tables, figures, graphics, visuals, and other relevant content) is original, has not been previously submitted to another journal for publication, and has not been published elsewhere in whole or in part.
• There are no legal issues concerning any copyrighted information, documents, visuals, or other elements within the article, and they are obliged to provide any necessary documentation or proof to the journal regarding this matter.
• The article does not violate any personal, intellectual, or material property rights of others, and they assume all legal responsibilities related to the content of this article.
• They accept that the manuscript may be reviewed and adjusted as needed during the pre-publication stage.

The authors must download the "Copyright Form and Authorship Acknowledgement Form" from the link below, fill in and sign and upload the scanned version to the system. The form is also avalible in manuscript upload steps process.
