Ethical Concepts at the preterm infants, considering the Right to life and Previability

Abstract

AIM: The Right to life is the primary concept to be living. This is a strict rule, not
even allowed for discussion. Preterm infants, even periviability but still living ones,
this is contemporary be medical duty for life.
Grounding Aspects: The European Council Articles at 2006 for Right to Life and
20015 End to life Rights, The Court Orders and from legal conducts.
