The research aims to examine the bioethical values and thinking styles scores of high school students in terms of various variables (gender, school type, class level, number of siblings) and to reveal whether their bioethical values differ according to their thinking styles. The relational screening method was used in the study. The study group consists of 369 high school students selected from five different high schools with a maximum diversity sampling method. To collect data, the Bioethical Inventory (BI) and the Sternberg-Wagner Thinking Styles Scale (SWTSS) were used. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22 package program. The findings revealed that bioethical values differ in reation to the number of siblings, and that the thinking styles scores differ in terms of gender, school type, class level, and the number of siblings. Also, it has been revealed that bioethical values differ in terms of formal, level and contextual thinking styles. In this context, it was recommended that the thinking styles of the students be taken into account to enable students to gain correct bioethical values.
