This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal relationship style and marital harmony in terms of married individuals and the mediation role of marital efficacy in this relationship. For this purpose, a questionnaire consisting of statements about interpersonal relationship style, marriage harmony and marital efficacy was applied to 244 people working as administrative staff at Eskişehir Osmangazi University. Out of 244 married individuals, 124 are men and 120 are women. The average age of the participants in the study was found to be 40,875, and the average duration of marriage was 8,024. In the analysis of the data, PROCESS macro prepared for measuring the mediation effect working under SPSS was used. As a result of the analysis, the effect of interpersonal relationship style on marital efficacy was found statistically significant. Besides, it was determined that marital harmony, with its partial mediation effect on marital efficacy, affects the interpersonal relationship style.
