ETÜT Journal (e-ISSN: 2757–8615) is a peer-reviewed and scientific journal published twice a year in June and December. The journal aims to publish original scientific studies prepared in the fields of the language, literature, history, art of the Turkish world, and Turkish culture in general as high-quality articles under international publication standards. Thus, it aims to contribute to the accumulation and dissemination of scientific knowledge in Turcology, to its reconsideration and processing as actual issues, and to make it a subject of discussion on an international scale. In this context, ETUT Journal also publishes research history, document and text publication, scientific translation and transfer, compilation, letters to the editors, bibliography, chronology, and book introductions that concern the Turkish world, as well as original research articles, prepared under scientific norms and ethical principles. The publication languages of ETUT Journal are Turkish and English. The journal is subject to the rules of "Open Journal Systems," and all refereed articles and articles that are decided to be published after the completion of the publication processes are published with a "DOI" number. The journal charges no fees, is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License and is Open Access.

The editorial and publication processes of ETUT Journal are shaped within the guidelines of the International Council of Science Editors (CSE), Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), European Association of Science Editors (EASE) and National Information Standards Organization (NISO). The journal has also adopted the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing (doaj.org/bestpractice).
