ETUT Journal aims to publish original scientific studies prepared in the Turkish world's language, literature, history, art, and Turkish culture in general, as high-quality articles per international publication standards. Thus, it aims to contribute to the accumulation and dissemination of scientific knowledge in Turcology, to its reconsideration and processing as actual issues, and to make it a subject of discussion on an international scale.
ETÜT is an open-access scientific electronic publication of Erzurum Technical University, which publishes based on independent, impartial and double-blind peer-review principles. The journal is published twice a year, in June and December. The publication languages of the journal are Turkish and English.
The journal's scope includes articles prepared in the fields of Turkish culture, such as language, literature, history, art, and philosophy of the Turkic world, which will contribute to the field and be written in high quality and under international standards. Thus, it is aimed to contribute to the accumulation and dissemination of scientific knowledge in the field of Turkology, to be reconsidered and processed as actual issues, and to make it a subject of discussion on an international scale.
The journal's target audience is researchers and experts working in Turkology and related fields.
The editorial and publication processes of the journal are shaped in accordance with the guidelines of the Council of Science Editors (CSE), Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), European Association of Science Editors (EASE) and National Information Standards Organization
(NISO). The journal is in conformity with the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing (doaj.org/bestpractice).
