AKCİĞERLERDE İLAVE LOB VE İLAVE FİSSUR VARYASYONLARI: İKİ AYRI OLGU SUNUMU

Abstract

Akciğerler oblik ve transvers (horizontal) fissurlar ile loblara ayrılmaktadır. Sağ akciğerin üç lobu, sol akciğerin iki lobu bulunmaktadır. Akciğerin lobları ise daha küçük birimler olan segmentlere ayrılır. Gelişim sırasında akciğerlerde bazen ilave fissur ve lobların oluşabileceği bildirilmektedir. Erciyes Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Anatomi diseksiyonu akciğerlerinde ilave fissur ve lobların varlığı tespit edildi. Kadavralardan birinin sağ akciğerinin lobus inferior’unda ilave bir fissur ve lob tespit edilirken diğer kadavraya ait sağ akciğerin hem lobus superior’unda ve hem de lobus inferior’unda ilave bir fissur ve lob tespit edildi. Bu fissurlar sırasıyla 6.7, 5.6, 4.8 cm uzunluğa ve 4.2, 3.2, 3.3 cm derinliğe akciğerlerinde her hangi bir ilave fissur veya lob tespit edilmedi. Daha önce yapılan çalışmalar ilave lobların (Azygos lob) veya fissurların bulunduğunu bildirmektedir. Akciğerlerin aksesuar fissurlarının ve ilave loblarının bilinmesi akciğerlere yapılan lobektotimi ve segmentektomi gibi cerrahi işlemlerde önemli olabilir

The Variation of the Extra Lobe and Extra Fissure in the Lung: Two Cases

Abstract

Lungs are divided into lobs by the oblique and the transvers fissures. The right lung consists of three lobes and left lungs two lobes. These subdivisions of the pulmonary lobes are divided into segments. During the development, some extra fissure and extra lobe may occur in the lungs. In the department of Anatomy of Erciyes University, during the routine cadavers dissection, extra fissure and extra lobe variations were found in the right lungs of two cadaver. One of the cadaver has an extra fissure and extra lobe on the inferior lobe of right lung whereas the other cadaver has extra fissure and extra lobe both superior lobe and inferior lobe of the right lung. These fissure length is 6.7, 5.6, 4.8 cm and depth is 4.2, 3.2, 3.3 cm respectively. There was no variation in left lung of the both cadavers. Previous studies reported that the lung could have an extra lobes (azygos lobe) and extra fissures which were similar to present cases. The knowledge of the accessory fissur of lungs is very important in surgical procedure such as lobectomy and segmentectomy
