HEMŞİRELİK ÖĞRENCİLERİNE YÖNELİK TERAPÖTİK İLETİŞİM ANKETİNİN GEÇERLİK VE GÜVENİRLİĞİ: METODOLOJİK ÇALIŞMA

Abstract

Terapötik iletişim hemşirelik mesleğinin temel yapılarından biridir. Çalışmanın amacı Terapötik İletişim Anketi'ni hemşirelik öğrencileri için Türkçe'ye tercüme etmek ve kültürler arası geçerlik ve güvenirliğini araştırmaktır. Çalışmaya en az bir dönem klinik uygulamaya çıkmış olan 3. veya 4. Sınıf 190 hemşirelik öğrencisi katılmıştır. Anket formu Google form anketi ile uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerliği açımlayıcı faktör analizi ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Ölçeğin ölçüt geçerliliği ve güvenirliği ise Cronbach alfa katsayısı ve test-tekrar test yöntemi ile araştırılmıştır.Araştırmaya katılanhemşirelik öğrencilerinin yaş ortalaması 21.47± 2.82 (min: 18 – max: 36) idi. İkinci düzey çok faktörlü analiz sonuçlarına göre terapötik iletişim ölçeği uyum indeksleri değerlendirildiğindeYaklaşık Hataların Ortalama Karekökü: 0.056, Uyum İyiliği Endeksi 0.884, ve χ2 1.655 (p<0.001) olduğu görüldü. Eşdeğer ölçek (kriter) geçerliliği çalışmasında Hemşirelik Öğrencilerine Yönelik Terapötik İletişim Becerileri Ölçeği (r: 0.196) ile arasında p:0.007 anlamlılık düzeyinde pozitif korelasyon bulunmuştur. Terapötik İletişim Anketi'nin Türkçe versiyonu, hemşire öğrencilerinin iletişim becerilerini ölçmek için iyi düzeyde geçerlilik ve güvenilirliğe sahiptir.

VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY OF THERAPEUTIC COMMUNICATION QUESTIONNAIRE FOR NURSING STUDENTS: A METHODOLOGICAL STUDY

Abstract

Therapeutic communication is one of the basic structures of the nursing profession. The aim of the study was to translate the Therapeutic Communication Questionnaire into Turkish for nursing students and to investigate its cross-cultural validity and reliability. A total of 190 3rd or 4th year nursing students who had completed at leastone semester of clinical practice intern ship participated in the study. The questionnaire was administered via Google form questionnaire. The validity of the scale was evaluated by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The criterion validity and reliability of the scale were investigated with Cronbach's alpha coefficient and test-retest method. The meanage of the nursing students who participated in the study was 21.47± 2.82 (min: 18 - max: 36). According to the results of the second level multifactor analysis, The Root-Mean-Square Error Of Approximation:0.056, the Goodness of Fit Index: 0.884, and χ2 1.655 (p<0.001) were found in the fit indices of the therapeutic communication scale. In the equivalent scale (criterion) validity study, a positive correlation was found between Therapeutic Communication Skills Scale for Nursing Students (r: 0.196) at a significance level level of p: 0.007. The Turkis hversion of the Therapeutic Communication Questionnaire has good validity and reliability for measuring communication skills of nursing students.
