Erken Çocuklukta Girişimcilik

Abstract

Dünyanın her geçen gün tüketim toplumu olma durumunun hızla ilerlediği görülmektedir. İnsanlar tüm toplumlarda yaşamlarını konforlu yaşam ve hizmetin kendilerine geldiği bir yaşam tercihi üzerine kurmaya çalışmaktadırlar. Bu durum dünyanın dengesini ve düzenini olumsuz anlamda değiştiren birtakım sorunları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Tüm bu olumsuzluklarla mücadele edebilmenin önemli bir adımını girişimci insanların tüketim toplumu olmaktan üreten topluma dönüşümü oluşturmaktadır.
Girişimcilik, tasarruf öncelikli mal veya hizmet üretimi için üretim faktörlerinin bir araya getirilerek, ekonomik fırsatların yeni değerlere dönüştürüldüğü organizasyonun oluşturulmasıdır. Gerekli zaman ve çabanın ortaya konulmasıyla finansal, psikolojik ve sosyal riskler alınarak parasal kazanç ve kişisel tatminin elde edilmesiyle farklı eylemlerin ortaya konulması sürecini ifade etmektedir. İnsanlar kendileri üretmeye başladıklarında tüketme dengesinde de değişimler olması beklenmektedir. Bu durum yetişkinlerin yaşam kalitelerinin yaşam boyu sürdürülebilirliği açısından her zaman önemli olmuştur. Bu durum yetişkinlikte önemli olduğu kadar çocukluk döneminde de önemlidir.
Son dönemde günümüzde teknoloji çağı hızla çocukları birebir etkilemesiyle birlikte bilgiye erişiminin kolaylaşması ile girişimcilik çalışmaları erken çocukluk döneminde etkili uygulamalarla çocukların yaparak yaşayarak deneyimlemelerine sunulmaktadır. Çocukluk döneminde girişimcilik farkındalığının oluşabilmesi için eğitim programları, çocuk atölyeleri, ebeveyn atölyeleri uygulanmaktadır. Girişimcilik farkındalığının erken çocukluk döneminde kazandırılması bireylerin yaşam boyu üreten insan olma düzeylerini güçlendireceği düşünülmektedir. Bu düşünceden hareketle çalışmada, erken çocukluk döneminde çocuklara yönelik girişimcilik uygulamalarını incelemek, ulusal ve uluslararası alan yazın doğrultusunda bir analiz yapabilmek amaçlanmıştır.
