İLETİŞİM İKLİMİ İLE YENİLİKÇİ DAVRANIŞ İLİŞKİSİNDE KÜLTÜREL SIKILIĞIN ARACILIK ROLÜ

Abstract

Öz: Bu çalışmanın amacı, iletişim ikliminin yenilikçi davranışa etkisinde kültürel sıkılığın aracılık etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma verileri Ankara ilinde bulunan bir kamu kurumunda çalışan toplam 363 kişiden oluşan çalışan grubunun 212 kişisinden kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler, korelasyon ve regresyon analizlerine tabi tutularak hipotezler test edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre iletişim ikliminin yenilikçi davranış üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca kültürel sıkılık algısının, iletişim ikliminin yenilikçiliğe olan etkisinde tam aracılık etkisine sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Elde edilen bulgular tartışılarak yönetici ve uygulayıcılara çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
