Bu çalışma deneysel olarak amigdalin ile zehirlenen koyunlarda kan siyanOr ve tiyosiyanat düzeylerine ait bazı toksikokinetik parametreler üzerine sodyum tiyosülfatın etkilerini araştırmak amacıyla yapıldı. Bu çalışmada, ağırlıkları S()..60 kg arasında olan 24 koyun kullanıldı. Amigdalin ve sodyum tiyosülfatın verilmesinden sonra, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, 24, 48 ve 72. saatlerde alınan kan örneklerindeki siyanür ve tiyosiyanal düzeylerine ait bazı toksikokinetik parameireler belirlendi. This study was made lo delermine the some loxicokinetic parameters of eyanide and thiocyanate in sheep experimentally poisoned with amygdalin In this study, 24 sheep 50 · 60 kg weights were used. Amygdalin and sodium thiosulfale were given and tha eyanide and Ihiocyanate levels in samples were determined Then some toxicokinetic parameters ol lhe eyanide and thiocyanate in the blood samples taken al 0.5, 1,2,4, 8, 24, 48 and 72 th hours were established. The sodium Ihiosullale wera given intravenously in doses 50 and 600 mg kg and lhen the distribution hall·livas ol blood eyanide lavals ware respectively, 0.57±O.05 and 3.24±O.16 hours; the elımination hall·lives were respectively, 172.93tl1.4 and 77.08tI5.26 hours: mean residence times were respectivety, 250.37±25.2 and 102.1 0i8.12 hours; the duralion of maximal concentration were respectively, 48th hour; the maximal blood levels res· pectively, 0.177 and 0.186 ,ıg/ml were determıned. Besides. area under the curve values according to doses were respeclively. 26.68±2.18 and 14.20±1.94 Ilg.hour/ml: volume ol distribution at steady state were respectivety, 0.371±O.01 and 4.312±O.77 lJkg: clearance values were respectively, 1.87t1.10 and 42.23t5.64 mVhour.kg were cal· cutated.
