RASYONA KATILAN VİTAMİN VE İZ MİNERAL KARMALARININ KUZULARDA BESİ PERFORMANSI, KAN PLAZMASI, YAPAĞI KALİTESİ VE SİNDİRİLME DERECESİ ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmada farklı düzeylerde rasyona katılan vitamin ve iz mineral karmalarının kuzularda besi performansı, kan plazması. yapağı kalitesi ve sindirilme derecesi üzerine etkilerini araşıırmak amacıyla dOzenlenmiştir. Araştırmada 2.5 aylık yaşta 35 baş sütıen kesilmiş Akkaraman kuzu kullanılmış ve besi 56 gün sürmüştür. Araştırma vitamin ve mi· neral önkanşımı ilave edilmeyen kontrol (K), sadece ticari vitamin 6n karışımının önerilen dozda ilave edildiği (V), sa. dece ticari mineral ön karışımının önerilen dozda ilave edildiği (M), her iki ön karışımının birlikte ilave edildiği (VM) ve vitamin ve mineral premiksinin yarı dozda ilave edildiği (VM/2) grup olamak lızere toplam 5 grup ile yürütülmüştür. De· neme süresince sıcaklıklar 24 ve 36 C arasında değişmişlir. K, V, M, VM ve VM/2 gruplarında günlük canlı ağırlık artış ortalamaları sırasıyla 241. 271, 368, 350 ve 361g olarak belirfenmiş, mineral premiksi ilave edilen gruplar diğer iki gruplan istatiksel bakımından daha yüksek canlı ağırlık kazanmışlardı( (p<0.05). Hip bölgesinden kırkım sonrası alınan yapağı numunelerinde incelik gruplara göre sır�sıyla 22.69, 27.71. 27.56, 27.60 ve 26.63 mikron olarak bulunmuş, bu. nunla benikte kini ve temiz yapağı ağırlıkları, uzunluk, ondulasyon oranları belirlenmiştir. Besi sonunda plazmadaki vi. tamin A, Zn ve Cu seviyeleri gruplara göre sırasıyla vitamin A için; 81.30, 100.19,100.96,80.54 ve 81.52 dldl; Zn için 175.21, 198.93, 269.46, 236.43 ve 251.39 dldl; Cu için 172.68, 152.50, 127.00, 127.14 ve 107.22 g1dl olarak tesbil edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak rasyona ilave edilen iz mineral karmaları günlük canlı ağırlık artışını olumlu yönde etkilerken, yapağıda kalınlaşma eğilimi gözlenmiştir

Abstract

In this study. it was aimed to search ıhe eHect ol vitamin and trace minerals on the laııening perlormance, blood plasma. wool quality, and digestibility in lambs. Thirty live. about 2.5 morıths·old, Akkaraman lambs were used for 56 days. The search was conducted with 5 dillereni gfOUpS. Vitamin and mineral premix were 001 added lo the diels ol lirs group, commercial level of vitamin premix were added to the diels ol second group (V), commercial level ol mineral premix were added to third group (M), both vitamin and mineral premixes were added together ıo the diets ol lorth group (VM), half commercial level ol both premixes were added to the diels ol lilth group (VM/2). peratures varied from 24 to 36 C during the study. In K, V, M, VM and VMl2 groups average daily live weight gains were 241,271,368,350 and 361 gram respectively. The groups to wtıich mineral premix were added gained more weight lhan the other groups significantly (P<0.05). Atter shearing thickness in the samples obtained from HIp area were 22.69, 27.71, 27.56, 27.60 and 27.30 ( respectively. In addiıion dirty and elean wool weights, heights and on· dulation rate were determined. At the end ol lailening period, the levels ol vitamin A in blood sera samples were 81.30, 100.19, 100.96, 80.54 and 81.52 d1dl; 175.21, 198.93,269.46,236.43 and 2S1.3g 152.50,172.68.152.50, 127.00.127.14 and 107.22 dldl lor Cu respectively. As a resull, adding the mineral pre· mixes in the lamb laııening diels caused lo increase in body weight and tend to increased in thickness ol the wool
