Abstract
Karacabey Harasında_ yapağısını döken 30 merinos koyui:ı grubu ile normal sağlıklı 42 Meririos koyun grubunun Bakır ve Çinko düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Yapağısını dökmeyen kontrol grubu Merinos koyunlarının
kan serumunda Çinko düzeyi ortalaması %27=t=0.63 ı.ıg. bulunmuştur.
Bakır dü~eyi ortalaması ise %33,72+0.77 ı.ıg. dır. Yapağısını döken 30 Merinos koyununda -ise Çinko düzeyi, ortalaması %14,45+0.25 ı.ıg
ve Bakır düzeyi ortalaması %63,5+_1,17 ı.ıg. saptanmıştır. Her iki element
arasında farklar önemli bulunmuştur. (p<0.01) . Çinko ve Bakır değerleri Atomik Absorbsion Spektrofotometresi yöntemlerine uygun olarak yapılmıştır.
Yapağı döken Merinos'larda Çinko düzeyindeki azalmaya karşılık Bakır miktarındaki artış dikkat çekici bulunmuştur.
The relation between fleece losses and Zinc, Copper levels in blood serum of Merino Sheep in Karacabey State Farm Flock
Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the relation
between fleece losses and Zinc, Cupper levels in blood serum of Merino
Sheep. Thirty fleece lossed and fourty two healthy Merino Sheep in Karacabey
State Farm Flock were used as material. The average levels of
Zinc and Copper in blood serum of healthy ,Merino Sheep .group were;
%27+0,63 ı.ıg. and %33.72+0,77· ı.ıg. respectively. The Zinc and Copper
valuesfor Merino Sheep group effected by fleece loss were %14,45+0,.23 ı.ıg.
arid %63,5 + 1.17 ı.ıg. respectivly.
The Zinc and Copper levels were determined by the Atomic Absorbtion
Spectrofotometer.
The differences between means of both elements in two groups were
found to be significant. (p<0,01).
In sp i te of decreases in Zin c level in fleece lossesa · Merino Sheep,
increasing of copper levels were significant.
