Abstract

In 1977 research works were made for ısolation of chlamydial
agents ın cattles showing elinical signs of conjunctivities,
arth,ritis, pneumonia and enteritis.For these purposes 56 samples collected from sick, dead or
slaughtered animals were inoculated into primary calf kidney
cell cultures and kept for ıo days in incubator. After 4 blind
passages 6 cultures of chlamydial organism were ısolated,

Among from the 6 cultures 2 were from lungs, ı from joint
fluid, ı from ocular discharges and 2 from intestinal contens.
These results showed that. the chlamydial agents take part
in de·veloping of some clin~cal casesin cattles in Ankara and its
surraunding wl_ıich shouldn't be neglected for the agent caused
desease.

Ankara Bölgesindeki Sığırlarda Chlamydial Organizmalardan Oluşan Hastalıklar Üzerinde Etkenin Doku Kültüründe İzolasyonu Metodu ile Çalışmalar

Abstract

Bu çalışma ile Ankara ve çevresinde klinikman chlamydial
hastalık şüphesi gösteren sığırlarla, patolojik materyallerde
chlamydial etkenler araştırılmıştır.
Bu amaçla 56 adet hastalıklı materyalden hazırlanan örnekler
dana böbreği hücre kültürlerine ekilerek chlemydiaların
izolasyonuna çalışılmıştır. Her materyalin 3 üncü pasaja
kadar subkültürleri yapılmıştır.
Alınan sonuçlara göre; 56 patolojik materyalin 6 sında
chlamydial etken bulunmuştur. (% 10,71)
Bunlar; iki akciğer, biı• eklem sıvısı, bir göz akıntısı ve iki
barsak içeriğinden izole edilmişlerdir.
Bu sonuçlara göre chlamydialar tarafından oluşturulan
hastalıkların sığırlar arasında küçümsenmiyecek bir oranda
bulunduğu anlaşılmıştır.
