Yumurtlamayan piliçlerle yumurta tavuklarının kan serumlarında protein ve elektroforetik franksiyonları yönünden araştırmalar

Year 1979, Volume: 5 Issue: 1-2-3, 86 - 101, 01.12.1981

Abstract

tespit edildi.
Serum proteinleri seUüloz asetat elektroforezi ile, O yaşta
anattan katoda doğru hareket yeteneği azalan 5 farklı bant,
1 - 7- aylık dişi piliç ve· yumurtlayan tavuklarda 7 farklı bant,
8 ve 9 aylık yumurtlayan tavuklarda 6 farklı bant gözlemlendi.
Elektroforezde total serum prot~İll konsantrasyonunun en
büyük kısmını o yaşta gammaglobulin'in, 1 - 5 aylıklarda albumin'in,
6-9 aylıklarda ise gammaı-globulin'in teşkil ettiği bulundu.

Studies on the serum protein and its electrophoretic fractions in laying and non laying hens.

Year 1979, Volume: 5 Issue: 1-2-3, 86 - 101, 01.12.1981

Abstract

During this study 0-4 months old ıoo White female healthy
Leghorn chicken and 5-9 months old ıoo White Leghorn laying
hens were used.
Total serum protein of chicken and hen sera were determined
by Biüret method, protein fractions were determined by
cellulose- acetate electrophoresis.
1
Serum total protein consentration was increasing by age.
Serum proteins of o age by cellulose - acetate electrophoresis
showed 5 different bands which moving ability were decreasing
from anode to cathode. In the· serum proteins of 1-7 months old
female chicken and laying hens 7 different bands were observed
and their movement also were decreasing from anode to
cathode. In the serum proteins of 8 and 9 months old laying
hens 6 different bands were determined and their mavement
also were decreasing from anode to cathode.
In electrophore.sis, gammaı-globulin was the highest fract
ion in total serum protein consentration of o age, albumin was
the highest in 1-5 months and gammaı-globulin was the highest
in 6-9 months laying hens.
The transformar effects of the age and the laying factors
were investigated on the serum total protein and its fractions.
The fraction of albumin was increasing by age but this
increas was fast till to laying period and decreasing after that.
Also globulin fraction was decreasing till 4 months and after
that begin to increas. The ratio of A/G was the highest at 2nd and 3th months
{0.97) and then gradually decrease by age.
Prealbumin was obse·rved as one band in 0-7 months but
couldn't determined in 8 and 9 months laying hens.
