Abstract

1354 dairly cows which are kept in six state ·and 18 private
farms had been examined for the evidence of mastitis ve C.M.T
and 568 milk samples had been collected from 516 dairly cows and
were examined bacteriologically •and mycologically. The antibiogram
tests of the izolated bacteria were also made.
Miilk samples tak•en were cultivated on suitable media incubated
earobically. 564 causative bacteriıa were isolated and identified
from the infected materials and percentage of the isolated
bacteria as follow.

were alsa isolated from the same matarials. Fourteen different
antibiotic ~ disk have been used in the antibiogram tes t s of the
isola.ted and identified bacteria.
The mest effective anti'biotics and their percentage o:f effect iveness
to isolated bacteria as follow.

Ankara Bölgesinde Klinik ve Subklinik Mastitislere neden olan Aerobik Mikroorganizmaların ve Mantarların İzolasyon İdentification ve Antibiyotiklere karşı duyarlılıklarının saptanması üzerinde çalışmalar

Abstract

Ankara ve çevresinde· bulunan 6 kamu kuruluşu ile 18 özel
çİftlikte bulunan 1354 süt ineği mastitis yönünden C.M.T uygulanarak muayene edilmiş ve mastitisli olduğu saptanan 515 inekten 568 süt örneği alınarak bakteriyolojik ve mikolojik yönden incelenmiş
ve izole· edilen etkenierin antibiyoıgram testleri yapılmıştır.
Alınan süt örnekleri uygun besi yerlerine ekilerlk aerobik
koşuli'arq.a üretilmiş , 564 etken ayrılmış olup bunlardan % 23,4
lwa.gu .laz pozitif Stafilokok, % 7,2 koagulaz negatif Stafilokok,
% 10,6 Str. agalactiaeı, % 9,3 Str. uberis, % 2,1 Str. dysgalactiae,
% 4,2 Str. faecalis, % 8,5 E. coli, % 7,4 C. pyogenes, % 1,5 C. bovis,
% 0,5 Ps. aeruginosa, % 0,7 KlebsieUa spp., % 0,3 B. subtilis, % 2,1
Pr . -v-ulgaris ve % 1,5 D. pneumoniae izole veı identifiye edilmiştir .
Aynı süt örneklerinden % 2,1 Candida spp ., % 0,3 Cryptococcus
spp. % 0,1 Nocardia spp. ve diğer· saprofit karakterdeki maya ve
m::ı.ntarlar izole edilmiştir.
izole ve idehtifiye edilen etkenler 14 çeşit diskle antibiyogram
testinetaibi tvtulmuş ve Stafilokoklr için en etkili Neomisin
% 71.6, Streptomisin % 69.3, Karbenisilin % 67.6, Stre;ptokoklar
için Kloramfeniıkol % 74,4, Kalibenisilin % 75.6, Rifamisin %69.7,
Neomisin % 67.1, K coli suşları için Kolistin % 79.1, Trivetrin %
75.0, Kloramflnikol % 65.2, Nitrofurantoin % 6.5.0, Eri.tromisin % 64,5 olduğu saptanmıştır. izole edilen diğer mikroorganizmalar,
çeşitli antibiyotiklere karşı değişik o:rıanda duyarlı bulunmuşlardır.
