Abstract

1- With this study 1108 human, 4298 ovine and 72299 bovine blood sera were examined comparatively with different serological methods ( Sero - Ring, Slow Agglutination an Complement Fixation) in the period of 15 years between 1970 - 1985 ; the 22% of the human sera which great amount of them were diagnosed as brucellosis clinically or were suspected of this disase were found to be positive 11 % of th sheep and 2,3% of the Cowve were found to be a reactor about brucellosis.

2 - During the same period in the bacterioligical examinations
of the •aborted foetus of 933 sheep and 296 cows that made
abortus. Totally 184 Brucella stains (130 strains from sheep and
54 strains from cows). Were managed to be isolated. The amount
of Brucella microorıganisms that were multiplied from foetal organs
are 14,9%.
· 3 - The figures that are Shown above determines the wides preadness
of brucella infection both among humans a among animals.
4 - No important ·differences between ;the various tests about
the serological examination of the blood sera of both human and
animal were found {Sero~Ring, slow Aggl. and Complement fixation)

1970-1985 Yıllarını Kapsayan Süre İçerisinde İnsan ve Hayvanlarda Tesbit Edilen Brucellosis Vak'aları

Abstract

1 - Bu çalışmamızla 1970-1985 yıllarını kapsayan . 15 yıllık .
süre içinde değişik serolojik yöntemlerle (Sero-Ring, Yavaş Aggl.
ve Komplement-fixasyon) testleriyle mukayeseli olarak 1108 insan,
4298 koyun ve 72299 adet sığır kan serumu muayene edilmiş olup;
insanlardan '% 22'sinin, ki bunların büyük bir bölümü değişik has..:
tanelerimizde klinikman brucella teşhisi konulan veya bu hastalıktan
şüphe edilenler teşkil etmektedir. Koyunlardan '% 11,4 ve
sığırlardan İse % 2,3'ünün brucellosisten reaktör oldukları tesbit
edilmiştir.
2 - Ayrıca 1970- 1983 yılları içinde yavran atan 933 koyun ile
296 ineğe ait atık fetüslerinin bakteriyolojik muıayenelerinde 130
adedi koyunlardan ve 54, adedi ineklerden olmak üzere: toplam 184
brucella suşu izolesine muvaffak olunmuştur.
Fötal organlardan üretilen Brucella mikroorıganizmleri %' 14,9 ·
dur .
. 3 - Yukarıda gösterilen rakamlar brucell enfeksiyonun gerek
insanlarda ve gerekse hayvanlarımız arasında ne kadar yaygın olduğunu . açıkca belIi etmektedir.
4 - Gerek insan ve gerekse hayvan ·kan serumlarının brucellosis
bakımından serolojik muayenelerinde değişik testler. arasında
(Sero-Ring, Yavaş Aggl., Compleman-fixation) kayda değer bir
farklılık tesbit edilememiştir. İnsanlardaki akut brucellosis hariç .
genellikle test'ler arasında bir paralellik olduğu gözlenmiştir.
