Abstract

İnsan ve veteriner hekimlikte klinik immunoloji son yıllarda
hızla gelişmiş ve çeşitli laboratuvar teknikleri geliştirilerek gerek
immunolojik hastalıkların (örnek: İmmun yetmezlik ve Otoİmmun
hastalıklar) .gerekse immun cevabı uyaran (humoral ve selular) diğer
patolojik alayların teşhisinde araştıncı ve .klinisyenlere kolaylık
sağlanmıştır.
Klinik hastalarda immunolojik bozukluklar. 5 grup altında toplanmıştır.
1 - Humoral immun cevap ve faktörlerin defekti
2 - Selular immun cevap ve çeşitli selular elementlerin
defekti
3 - İmmun yetmezlikler
4 - Otoimmunite
5 - Alerji
Hekimlik alanında immunolojide yaygın olarak kullanılan laboratuvar
testleri 3 katogoride toplanır.
I - Humorıal immun ceıvabın ölçülmesinde kullanılan testler,
II - Selular immun ceva:bın ölçülmesincieki teşhis yöntemleri,
III - Otoimmun bozuklukların teşhis yöntemleridir.
