Konya Bölgesi Kümes Hayvanlarında Infectıous Bronchıtıs (IB), Infectıous Laryngotracheitis (ILT), Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD), EGG-DROP-SYNDROM-76 (EDS-76), Avian Encephalomyelitis (AE) ve Adenovirus Enfeksiyonlarının Epizootiolojik Araştırılması ve İzolasyon Çalışmaları

Abstract

Konya bölgesi kümes hayvanlarında ,Infectious Bronchitis, Infectious Laryngotracheitis,Infectious Bursal Disease, Egg Drop Syndrom-76, Avian Encephalomyelitis ve Adenovirus enfeksiyonlarının epizootiolojik araştırmaları ve izolasyon çalışmaları konulu araştırmada Konya bölgesindeki resmi kurumlara ve özle sektöre ait kümeslerden alınan 1161 adet tavuk kan serumu Infectious Bronchitis, Infectious Laryngotracheitis, Infectious Bursal Disease ve Adenovirus enfeksiyonları yönünden AGAR-JEL-PRESIPITATION METODU ile kontrol edildi. Şu sonuçlar alındı: 649 adet kan serumu menfi reaksiyon verdi, 363 adet kan serumu IBD müsbet bulundu, 29 adet kan serumu Adenovirus (CELO) müsbet bulundu, 1 adet kan serumu ILT müsbet bulundu, 22 adet kan serumu IB müsbet bulundu, 95 adet kan serumu IB ve IBD Müsbet bulundu, 2 adet kan serumu IB, IBD,CELO müsbet bulundu.
Etken izolasyon çalışmalarında 23 adet Gumboro şüpheli piliçten 10 tanesinde etken izole edildi. Histopatolojik yoklamalarda 10 piliçte Gumboro hastalığı tespit edildi, 1 tavukta da EDS-76 şüpheli bulundu.
