Kuduz Hastalığının Laboratuvar Teşhisinde Floresan Antikor, Fare İnokulasyon Testi ve Kuduz Doku Kültürü Enfeksiyon Testlerinin Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu araştırmada T.K.I.B. Etlik Veteriner Kontrol ve Araştırma Enstitüsü Kuduz
Teşhis Laboratuvarına gönderilen materyallerde, kuduzun teşhisinde kullanılan
laboratuvar yöntemlerinden FAT, Fare Inakulasyon Testi ve Kuduz Doku Kültürü
Enfeksiyon Testlerinin karşılaştırmalı olarak çalışılması amaçlanmıştır .
Araştırmada 14 il ve ilçelerinden gönderilen 13 farklı hayvan türüne ait 143
adet materyal test edilmiştir.
üç ayrı teknikle test edilen 143 adet beyin numunesinin 23'ü pozitif, 118'i de
negatif sonuç vermiştir. FAT ve Fare inokulasyon Testi ile pozitif sonuç veren 2
numune Kuduz Doku Kültürü Enfeksiyon Testi ile negatif sonuç vermiştir. 141
numune her üç teknikle de benzer sonuç vermiştir.

Comparison of Fluorescence Antıbody Technique, Mouse lnoculation Test and Rabies Tissue Culture lnfection Testsin Laboratory Diagnosis of Rabies

Abstract

In this study, comparative application of FAT, MIT and RTCIT are aimed
and used for the purpose of laboratory diagnosis of rabies that the materials
are submitted to Rabies Diagnosis Laboratory of Etlik Veterinary Control and
Research Institute. In this study, 143 materials belonging 14 province and their
districts were tested.
Of these 143 brain specimens tested by different three techniques, 23 positives
and 118 negatives were found. Only 2 materials being positive for FAT and MIT, were negative for RTCiT. 141 specimens gave similar results each
three techniques.
