Prevalance of Nosematosis in Bee Managements Localized in Elazığ and the Surronding Provinces

Öz

In this study, during the years of 1999-2000 5000 bee s anıpı es (fifty bees each) taken from a hundred
different bee man agenıents located in the of the city of E lazığ and towns of Bas kil , Keban and Sivrice were
collected. The s anıple s were examined using na:tive and staining techniques for the presence of Nosema disease
and 1 11-om Elazığ (4%), 1 from Baskil (4%) and 3 from Sivrice ( 10%) were found positive. None of samples
from Keban were found positive .

Öz

Bu çalışına için, 1999-2000 yıllarında Elazığ İli Merkez, Baskil, Keban ve Sivrice İlçelerine bağlı
köylerdeki ı 00 arı işletmesinin her birinden 50 ' şer an olmak üzere 5000 arı toplandı. Örneklerin nativ ve boyama
tekniğiyle yapılan muayenesinde ; Elazığ Merkez'de 1 adet (%4), Baskil'de 1 adet (%4) ve Sivrice'de 3 adet
(% 10) işletmenin Nosema apis yönünden pozitif olduğu tespit edildi. Keban 'da hastalığa rastlanmadı.
