Abstract

Çalışma, Afyon'da 105 sığır üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Serumlar Toxoplasma gondii antikorları yönünden SFT ile
incelenmiştir. Bu yöntem ile sığır serumlarının 29'unda (%27.61) 1;16 ve daha yüksek titrelerde serapozitiflik saptanmıştır.

Abstract

This study was carried out on 105 cattles in Afyon. Totaly ıo5 sera taken from cattles were examined for
Toxoplasma gondii antibodies by Sabin-Feldman Test (SFT). In this test, 29 of 105 sera (%27. 61) were found to be
seropozitive at the dilutionof 1;16 and more.
