TÜKENMİŞLİK VE İŞE TUTKUNLUĞU AÇIKLARKEN: İŞ TALEPLERİ-KAYNAKLARI MODELİ

Öz

Milenyumun başlangıcından itibaren psikoloji biliminde pozitif eğilimin artışıyla ortaya çıkan pozitif psikoloji hareketi örgütsel davranış alanına da yansımıştır. Araştırmacılar tarafından olumlu örgütsel sonuçlara odaklanan çalışmalar yapılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu kavramlardan biri olan işe tutkunluk, tükenmişliğin zıddı olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu makalede tükenmişlik ve işe tutkunluk kavramlarını açıklayabilmek ve öngörebilmek için kullanılan İş Talepleri-Kaynakları Modeli incelenmiştir. Çalışanlar ve örgütler için önemli sonuçları olan tükenmişlik ve işe tutkunluk süreçlerini açıklayan bu model pek çok araştırma ile de doğrulanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı İş Kaynakları-Talepleri Modelini, önermeleri ve ilişkili araştırmaları anlatarak açıklamaktır. Çalışmada teori hakkında literatüre dayalı olarak modelin gelişimi ve önermeleri kuramsal derleme olarak özetlenmiştir. Günümüzde her geçen gün daha rekabetçi hale gelen çalışma hayatında çalışanları tükenmişlikten korumak ve işe tutkun hale getirmek örgütler açısından daha da önem kazanmaktadır. Bu makalede, ülkemizde az çalışılmış olan İş Talepleri-Kaynakları Modeli hakkında temel araştırmalar anlatılarak çalışma hayatındaki uygulama önerilerinden bahsedilmiştir.
