Abstract

Bu araştırma COVID-19 salgını sürecinde hijyen malzemesi üreten meslek liselerinde görev yapan okul müdürü ve öğretmenlerinin üretim sürecine yönelik görüşlerini ortaya çıkartmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaçla şu sorulara cevap aranmıştır: Hijyen malzemesi üretiminde görev alan okul müdürü ve öğretmenlere göre (1) Hijyen malzemesi üretiminin hazırlık süreci nasıl yaşanmıştır?; (2) Hijyen malzemesi üretim süreci nasıl yaşanmıştır?; (3) Üretilen hijyen malzemesinin dağıtımı nasıl gerçekleşmiştir?; (4) Hijyen malzemesi üretimi ve dağıtım sürecinde yaşanan zorluklar ve kazanımlar neler olmuştur? Araştırma nitel araştırma deseninde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma grubunu, ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen dört okul müdür ve dört öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma için gereken veri, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile yüz yüze görüşmelerle elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veri içerik analizi ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucuna göre, katılımcıların çoğuna görev verildiği için üretime başlamıştır. Katılımcılar hijyen malzemesi üretimine hazırlık, üretim ve dağıtım süreçlerinde çeşitli zorluklar yaşamıştır. Katılımcılar ayrıca deneyim de kazanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın, mesleki teknik Anadolu liselerinin kriz dönemlerinde üretim potansiyelini sergileyebileceğini göstertmesi bakımından önemlidir.

Production and Distribution of Hygiene Materials in Anatolian Vocational and Technical High Schools during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period: Challenges and Achievements

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the views of school principals and teachers working in vocational high schools that produce hygiene materials during the COVID-19 pandemic on the production process. For this purpose, answers to the following questions were sought: (1) How was the preparation process of hygiene material production experienced; (2) How was the hygiene material production process experienced; (3) How was the distribution of the hygiene material produced; (4) What were the difficulties and gains experienced during the hygiene material production and distribution process? The research was conducted in qualitative research design. The study group consisted of four school principals and four teachers selected by criterion sampling method. The data required for the study were obtained through face-to-face interviews using a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. The data obtained were analyzed by content analysis. According to the results of the analysis, most of the participants started production because they were given a task. Participants experienced various difficulties in the preparation, production and distribution processes of hygiene material production. Participants also gained experience. This study is important in terms of showing that vocational technical Anatolian high schools can exhibit their production potential in times of crisis.
