Araştırmada müzik topluluklarındaki bireylerin grup içindeki rollerinin müzikal başarıları üzerindeki
etkisi ortaya konulmuştur. Bireylerin grup içindeki rollerinden kasıt, iletişim, sorumluluk ve
motivasyon becerileridir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Türkiye’deki Eğitim Fakülteleri Müzik Eğitimi Ana
Bilim Dalı viyolonsel öğrencileri, örneklemini ise Gazi Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Müzik Eğitimi
Ana Bilim Dalında öğrenim gören viyolonsel öğrencilerinin tümü oluşturmaktadır.
Bu araştırma kapsamında araştırmacı ve uzman kişiler tarafından hazırlanan “iletişim, sorumluluk
ve motivasyon beceri puanları”ve «müzikal başarı puanları” ölçekleri kullanılmıştır.
Araştırma sonucunda şu sonuçlar elde edilmiştir;
İletişim, sorumluluk ve motivasyon becerileri ile müzikal başarı arasında pozitif yönlü ilişki vardır.
Bu becerileri daha yüksek olan bireylerin diğerlerine oranla müzikal başarılarının daha yüksek olduğu
görülmüştür. İletişim, Sorumluluk ve Motivasyon Beceri ölçeğinden elde edilen verilere göre, bu
becerileri yüksek olan öğrencilerin en çok başarılı oldukları konular; istekli, sabırlı, dikkatli, uyumlu,
saygılı, pozitif olma ve zamanlama konularıdır. İletişim, Sorumluluk ve Motivasyon becerileri düşük
olan öğrencilerin en yetersiz oldukları konular ise getirdiği önerilerle müziğe katkıda bulunma, grup
arkadaşlarını destekleme ve/veya cesaretlendirme, yardımlaşma, paylaşma konularıdır.
Araştırma sonunda araştırmacı tarafından ortaya konulan önerilere yer verilmektedir.
According to the research, it is obvious that communication in music groups, responsibility, and
motivation skills have a great effect on theachievements of music groups. The population of the researchconstitutes
the violoncello students studying in musical education departments of faculties of education
in Turkey. The sample of the research constitutes all thevioloncello students studying in musical
education department of faculty of education at Gazi University. Researchers, and experts use some
points which are communication, responsibility, motivation skill points, and musical success points for
this research.
To sum up the results of the research; there is a positive relationship between communication,
responsibility, motivation skills and musical success. One shaving these skills are more successful
in musical success according to not to have. The research shows that the successful attributes of the
student shaving these skills are willingness, respect, positiveness, andusing time effectively. On the
other hand, the weak attributes of the students who do not have these skills are attribution to music by
means of their suggestions, supporting, encouraging, or sharing to their group friends. In addition, the
suggestions of the researcher is taken part in the final of the research.
