This essay surveys the present position of relation between human beings and nature with respect to the effect of tecnology uses on human life and nature. Conflicts between prioritized environmental and human duties, pushes social and ecological systems toward new patterns of production, reproduction, and consciousness that will improve the quality of human life and the natural environment. The goals of production need to be subordinated to the reproduction of life through the fulfillment of human needs and the preservation of local ecologies and be informed by an ethic of partnership between humans and nonhuman nature. The world of the late twentieth century is experiencing a global ecological crisis such as Global warming, the explosion of human population. On the other hand, global capitalist system is based on the same fundamental division between industrialized economies and underdeveloped or peripheral economies, forming an economic hegemony. So we ask: How might life be restored to the earth?
