Aim

Research Journal of Public Finance is a scientific journal that publishes two issues a year in June and December, applies the double-blind refereeing system, and publishes studies in Turkish and English, free of charge. First of all, the studies are scanned for plagiarism with the iThenticate program.

The editorial board of Research Journal of Public Finance was an expert in the field, provided consultancy services to at least one thesis study in the departments, was selected and formed from among independent organizations through a written invitation letter.

Research Journal of Public Finance publishes two issues a year, in June and December. The  language of Research Journal of Public Finance is Turkish. In addition to Turkish studies, English studies can also be accepted for publication. In order to prevent plagiarism in the studies, the studies are primarily scanned for plagiarism with the iThenticate program.

Studies submitted for publication to the Journal of Finance Studies are evaluated through double-blind refereeing. The referees who will evaluate the studies consist of independent referees who are not included in the editorial board.

With the inclusion of the works submitted by the authors in the publication process, no publication fee is requested at any stage and no royalties are paid to the authors. At the same time, no fee is charged by the journal administration for subscription applications to Research Journal of Public Finance or for reading and downloading transactions made through the online website.

The Journal of Finance Studies does not broadcast advertisements in its published issues or on the website, and advertisement applications are directly rejected by the editorial board.

Scope

Research Journal of Public Finance, Studies publishes the most accurate and innovative empirical and theoretical studies ever written. It mediates the publication of theoretical studies, especially qualitative and quantitative research, throughout the scientific world.

Research Journal of Public Finance; It is issued to help ensure the publication of research and studies in the economic, social, legal and administrative fields related to fiscal theory, fiscal economics, fiscal policy, fiscal law, fiscal history, state budget, public borrowing and finance.
