According to deconstruction, contrary to the acception that they are constant and consistent, the meanings are inherently unstable and inconsistent. Kantian philosophy, as a part of metaphysics of the presence, assigned a transcendent position to “justice” with the concepts of apriori knowledge, unconditional order, freedom and so on. The purpose of this study is to try to take a critical and comperative look at the notion of justice through Kantian concepts, by applying Derrida's deconstruction method

Kant felsefesi mevcudiyet metafiziğinin bir parçası olarak apriori bilgi, koşulsuz buyruk, özgürlük vb. kavramlarıyla adalete aşkın bir konum vermiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Derrida’nın yapısöküm yöntemini uygulayarak Kantçı kavramlar vasıtasıyla adalete çapraz bakışla bakmayı denemektir
