Special Issues (SIs) are collections of papers centered around a subject of special interest and are organized and led by subject experts who take on the role of Special Issue Editor of FHTI. A Special Issue is not an classical issue of the journal and it is an additional issue.
The editor of FHTI is pleased to announce that a Special Issue on ``Toxicology of Delicatessen Based Food Products`` (In Turkish: !arküteri Bazlı Gıda Ürünlerinin Toksikolojisi) will be published in the June 2024.
