Abstract

Bu çalışma klasik Keynesyen yaklaşımın, günümüzün koşullarına göre revize edilmiş bir yaklaşım olan küresel Keynesyen iktisadi anlayışını ortaya koymak amacıyla yazılmıştır. Buna göre Küresel Keynesçilik yaklaşımı, küresel talep yetersizliğini en aza indirecek küresel gelir, küresel para ve küresel gelir dağılımı gibi politika önermelerinden oluşmaktadır. Bu politika araçları, kamu kesimi tarafından oluşturulacak bir mekanizma ile küresel ekonomik faaliyette meydana gelen talep yetersizliği sorununa çözüm olmaktadır.
