FSM Scholarly Studies Journal of Humanities and Social Studies is the official media outlet of Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakif University. It is published in two volumes in a year as refereed, in fall and spring semesters. The journal includes various fields in humanities and social sciences, such as language, history, arts, architecture, sociology and theology.

FSM Scholarly Studies: A Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences (ISSN 2147-

3153) is a publication of Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University. Being published three times a year

as a refereed journal, it accepts works in social sciences such as language, literature, history, art,

architecture, philosophy, psychology, art history, law, sociology and theology. Authors themselves

are responsible for opinions stated in their articles. Articles and other types of scholarly works indicated

below will be considered for publication.

Content:

a) Articles: All submitted works must be studies in the subjects indicated above, comply to

academic standards, must be an original work having not published before. Articles submitted

must contain scholarly characteristics such as bringing theoretical approaches to the problems

in the field, bringing out unknown aspects or correcting mistakes. We request that the articles

do not exceed the size common for the academic journals.

b) Translations: The translations of the articles about the indicated titles published in foreign

languages will also be involved in the journal.
