Ethnicity and International Relations

Abstract

In this study, the experiences of being ethnic and try to look at the functioning of the international mechanisms. Empires and Globalization in the process of post-nation-state, will try to look at the role of ethnicity in processes. Ethnicity, and tried to understand the process of nation-state and the global. Ethnic groups in foreign policy issues posed by the use of pressure and sanctions, as an agent, the effect of the problems of ethnic democracy asset, ethnicity, and economic, social and reflections on diplomacy discussed the links between social status. Ethnic asset, how the wealth to be removed and turned into a problem of the national - and international examples of countries experiencing the problem tries to understand the role of managers in this process. At the end of the study, together with the globalization of the nation-state and the nation-state re-shaped carving on many aspects of the basic features, observed that redefined the problems of ethnic identity.

Etniklik ve Uluslararası İlişkiler

Abstract

Bu çalışmada etnik varlık üzerinden yaşananlara ve uluslararası mekanizmaların işleyişine bakmaya çalışacağız. İmparatorluklar sonrası Ulus devletlerde ve Küreselleşme sürecinde, etnisitenin süreçlerdeki rolüne bakmaya çalışacağız. Etnisite, ulus-devlet ve küresel süreci anlamaya çalıştık. Etnik gurupların dış politikada baskı ve yaptırım aracı gibi kullanılmasının ortaya çıkardığı sorunlar, etnik varlığın demokraside yaşanan sorunlara etkisi, etnik kimlik ve ekonomik, sosyal ve toplumsal statü arasındaki bağların diplomasiye yansımaları ele alınmıştır. Etnik varlığın, nasıl zenginlik olmaktan çıkarılarak, sorun haline dönüştüğü ile ilgili ulusal - uluslararası örnekler ve sorun yaşayan ülkelerin yöneticilerimi bu süreçteki rolleri anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda, küreselleşme ile birlikte ulus devletin temel niteliklerinin birçok açıdan aşındırıldığı ve ulus devletin yeniden şekillendirildiği; etnik kimlik üzerinden problemlerin yeniden tanımlandığını gözlemledik.
