Destekli PES membranların hazırlanması ve karakterizasyonu

Abstract
Bu çalışmada Polietersülfon (PES) membranlar makrogözenekli bir destek üzerinde solüsyon biriktirme metodu ile sentezlenmiş ve polimer konsantrantrasyonunun destek üzerinde seçici membran oluşumuna etkisi incelenmiştir. Membran çözeltisi vizkozite ölçümleri ile destekli membranlar ise X-ışını kırınımı, tarama elektron mikroskobu ve tek gaz geçirgenlik ölçümleri ile karakterize edilmiştir. Karmaşık morfolojiye sahip seramik destekli membranların destek/polimer arayüzey hataları, ara katmanın kullanımı iyileştirilmiş ve membran yapısında hata oluşumu kısıtlanabilmiştir. Elde edilen en yüksek H2/CH4 ideal seçicilik değeri 35 oC’de 73 olarak bulunmuş ve bu değer PES bazlı destekli membranların H2/hidrokarbon ayırımı uygulamaları için potansiyel oluşturmasını desteklemektedir.
