BİLGİSAYAR DESTEKLİ ARDIŞIK DELME-KESME KALIBI TASARIMI

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, ardışık delme-kesme kalıpları için bir Bilgisayar Destekli Tasarım Sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen sistemde, AutoCAD 2002 paket programının yanında Visual LISP ve Visual BASIC programlama dilleri kullanılmıştır. CAD ortamında katı model olarak tasarlanmış bir sac-metal ürünün şerit yerleşim planı, kalıbın katı model olarak tasarımı ve tasarlanan kalıpla ilgili hesaplamalar otomatik olarak oluşturulmuştur. Bu çalışma ile tek istasyonlu ve ardışık delme-kesme kalıplarının tasarımında hız, esneklik ve hassasiyet elde edilmiştir.
