SERT VE YUMUŞAK ANAHTARLAMALI TAM KÖPRÜ ÇEVİRİCİLERDE KAYIP ANALİZİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, bir fazlı tam köprü çevirici için sıfır akım geçişli yumuşak anahtarlama tekniği önerilmiştir.Klasik sert anahtarlamalı bir fazlı çevirici yapısına, iki yardımcı anahtar, bir endüktans ve bir bobinden oluşanrezonans kol eklenerek sıfır akım geçişli çevirici oluşturulmuştur. Rezonans kol, ana anahtarların iletim ve kesimgeçişlerinde çok kısa süreli olarak aktif duruma geçirilerek ana ve yardımcı anahtarlar için yumuşak anahtarlamaşartları meydana getirilmektedir. Önerilen sıfır akım geçişli çeviricinin çalışma esasları ve analizi verildiktensonra, her iki çevirici de aynı yük ve anahtarlama frekanslarında çalıştırılarak anahtarlama kayıplarıincelenmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen uygulama çalışmaları, önerilen sıfır akım geçiş yöntemi ile çeviricininperformansının önemli miktarda arttırıldığını göstermektedir.
