Isı Üreten İçi Dolu Kompozit Bir Silindirde Malzeme Özelliklerinin Elastik-Plastik Deformasyona Etkisi

Abstract

Tresca akma kriteri ve birleşik akış kuralına dayanarak, iki ucu sabit, ortasından ısıtılan kompozit bir silindirin elastik-plastik deformasyonu, sadece geometrik parametrelerin etkisi değil aynı zamanda akma dayanımı, elastisite modülü, Poisson oranı, ısıl iletkenlik ve ısıl genleşme katsayıları gibi malzeme özelliklerinin de etkisi dikkate alınarak incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, elastik-mükemmel plastik malzemeden yapılmış bu kompozit silindirdeki gerilme, gerinim ve deplasman dağılımları elde edilmiştir. İçteki silindirde artan ısı üretimine göre değişen gerilme dağılımı ve plastik bölgelerin gelişimi grafiklerle gösterilmiştir.
