Bir üretim tesisinin trafo bakım hizmetine yönelik bütünleşik bir yaklaşım

Öz
Yoğun rekabet ortamında işletmelerin üretim devamlılığının sağlanması, büyük oranda makine ve ekipmanlarının sürekliliğine bağlıdır. Bu sebeple, bakım faaliyetleri bir işletme için kritik faaliyetler kapsamında yer alır. Bakım faaliyetleri için alınacak hizmetin işletme ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabilecek nitelikte olan tedarikçilerden alınması ve bu bağlamda uygun olanlarının performanslarını değerlendirme ve uygun tedarikçiyi belirleme konusu büyük önem arz etmektedir. Tedarikçi seçimi, işletmelerin ihtiyaçları, çalışma koşulları, tecrübeleri ve faaliyet alanları göz önünde bulundurularak belirlenen kriterler ve alternatifler doğrultusunda en uygun alternatifin seçilmesi süreci olarak ifade edilebilir. Bu çalışmada, Denizli’de faaliyet gösteren bir işletmenin alacağı trafo bakım hizmeti problemi ele alınmış ve bütünleşik bir yöntem önerilmiştir. Önerilen yöntemde, kriter ağırlıklandırmada Bulanık FUCOM (Tam Tutarlılık Yöntemi) ve alternatiflerin değerlendirilmesinde Bulanık MAIRCA (Çok Nitelikli İdeal-Gerçek Karşılaştırmalı Analiz) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Sonuçların tutarlılığı için duyarlılık analizi yapılmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar karşılaştırılmıştır.
